You will receive written confirmation of your booking within one week, along with an invoice if payment is required for your registration.

Cancellation policy
Intermediaries taking up a free place at the Summit must notify the organisers before 5pm on 8 November if they are unable to attend the event.  For cancellations after this date you may send another delegate from your company in your place free of charge or a cancellation fee of £149 +  VAT will be levied.   Registered delegates who do not attend on the day will also be charged a cancellation fee of £149 + VAT.

In the event of cancellation by a paying delegate,  a refund of the full payment less a 20% administration charge will be made provided the organisers receive written notice of cancellation by 8 November.  No refunds will be made after this date but a replacement delegate from your company may attend as a substitute.

Data protection:
We will use the contact information you provide to send information about AMII 2015 and future AMII events to each delegate listed.  You agree that all individuals named here are aware that there details have been provided and that they are willing to be contacted for this purpose.
